We will give you an initial warranty period of 4 days in which to ask for refund due to any issues with the puppies health.
You are required to notify Lita immediately if an issue or concern arises at any time during the warranty period.
You are required to take your puppy to a Veternarian for a wellness exam, and consultation during the first 4 days.
Failure to have your puppy examined by a veterinarian during the 4 days allowed voids this guarantee.  Any problem(s) that your veterinarian discovers during the initial visit which affects the dog’s health, is life threatening, incurable,  or is simply too costly for you we will refund the purchase price of your pup, and take the puppy back during the following 12-24 hours.   Failure or refusal to return the puppy within the following 12-24 hours of notification  voids this guarantee, and we are no longer obligated to provide you with a puppy refund.  We will have the puppy treated by our veterinarian in Sulphur Springs, at our expense.   This warranty covers only the purchase price of your  puppy.  We will not  pay your vet expenses for any reason, or at anytime.  You are required to call us before allowing medical procedures that are not in the routine course of veterinary care to be performed during the warranty period unless it is an emergency.
Your veterinarian will need to provide me with a clear statement of diagnosis, showing the date of your visit.  You must return the puppy and all  paperwork, including registration,  within 24 hours if your vet discovers a health related problem or there will not be a refund provided.  Refunds will be mailed out after 30 days.

NOTE: We do not accept wellness exams that are provided by Chain Clinics such as those found at PetSmart, Banfield, or PetCo.

Additional Provisions
You are also provided with a 2 day window to request a 30% refund, but not to exceed $125  for any personal reasons that should arise; if the puppy is returned in the same healthy condition it was in before it left our care, you may be eligable for a refund.  You must also bring to us all paperwork and vet receipts, along with the puppy before the end of the 2nd day.  Holidays, and Weekends are not excluded.  Shipping fees are your responsibility if necessary. This guarantee of warranty  is void if  this puppy is accidentally injured or killed while in your possession.  Returned puppies will be vet checked and wellness established. If all requirements have been met,  refunds will be mailed after 30 days.   All warranties are between buyer and seller only unless otherwise arranged.  There will no exceptions made to these criterias, for any reasons.

Albon: "WHAT' IS IT?"  It is for prevention and treatment of coccidiosis,  commonly found in puppies and kittens that are not visible to the eye.  Therefore, based on the recommendation and guidance of our veterinarians all buyers are provided with ALBON at the point of transfer.  Coccidiosis can develop into a problem during stressful periods, such as weaning, transport, and relocation, etc.  but not always.  The problems will occur if it goes undetected, and untreated for several days at which time it could be fatal due to weakness, diarrhea, and dehydration.  Therefore, we routinely provide the medication that treats and prevents this from occurring during the first days at the pup’s new home.  You are required to simply give the oral medication, as recommended by our veterinarian, until it is all gone.  We also ask that you call on us or our veterinarian if you have any questions or concerns following your initial visit with your local doctor, and prior to allowing any costly procedures to be performed or medications given.  The phone number for Broadway Veterinarian Hospital is
903-885-0061   NOTE TO BUYER: Give 1 Pill of Albon daily until it is all gone.  Albon will be provided.

HEALTH RECORD and Recommendations:   This puppy has received all immunizations and worming appropriate for its age.

VACCINATION RECORD: Dates and Brands Provided during Transfer of Ownership
We have been careful and worked to protect it from exposure to common canine diseases or illness. However, the nature of some contaminates are not always predictable.  Stress often times reduces a puppy’s immune system temporarily, which is why it is important to continue to protect your puppy until it receives its final puppy vaccination at 12 weeks of age by staying away from areas with lots of canine traffic, such as a Pet Store, or Dog Park.  Please Do Not put your new puppy on the floor at the Vet’s office!!   Don’t allow a lot of people, including extended family to handle the puppy until your new puppy has had ample time to become settled with their new home & family comfortably.  Contaminates can be carried in on Shoes, clothes,   hands that have not been sanitized; and some contaminates are airborne.  Poorly or unfiltered water may also carry bacteria that will cause intestinal issues, including Diarrhea. Diarrhea for extended periods of time can become life threatening and you should seek medical attention for your puppy.  If your puppy refuses to eat for more than 12 to 24 hours during your warranty period it is important to call Lita, to discuss the necessary action.  Other family pets should have already been vaccinated prior to taking the new puppy home for the protection of both pets, and the new puppy.
